Collaborative working

WMCCM aims to increase sales and lower costs through providing easy access to the core competences and capabilities of SME’s. It provides tools such as projects, clusters, catalogues, auctions, bazaars and marketplace tenders to enable this and to support the three key processes of:

  • Finding new, more profitable work and opportunities.
  • Finding partners with the skills to help undertake such work.
  • Undertaking such work using electronic collaboration tools to lower cost and increase efficiency.

As a Centre of Excellence for e-Business the National B2B Centre offers consultancy and impartial advice to help small and medium sized businesses (SME's) adopt e-business technologies and tools in the West Midlands.
