The Hub Business Innovation Centre comprises of five serviced incubator office areas or ‘pods’ in an open plan environment.
There is also a fully serviced hot desk area for short term hire and usage.
All incubator and hot-desk licensees have access to business support, technical expertise through Warwickshire County Council, Business Link and Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce.
The Hub also acts as a networking centre for licencees and other new entrepreneurs working from home or elsewhere to share best practice, create partnerships and do business.
Each workspace comes equipped with furniture and IT equipment.
A short-term licence agreements includes all service charges, front desk and reception services, phone line, postal address and internet access.
A small meeting room is also provided and is bookable for private discussions and occasional quiet working.
The Innovation Centre provides:

The mix of businesses within the local area brings a wealth of expertise from all walks of life with a mixture of different experiences. Many of the businesses will be at different stages in their development and will have experienced many of the challenges that entrepreneurs face. The sharing of such experiences will be encouraged within its warm friendly atmosphere.
