The Hub is a focal point for the estate, providing business training using state of the art conference and IT facilities. More things are now possible on the estate through the full time Hub staff, links with local authorities, access to government funding, and many other projects to help the smaller businesses on the estate. The Hub concept is unique and one which will have a profound effect on the future development of the Bayton Road Industrial Estate.
